A woman who appeared to be under the influence of the drug known as "the chemical" stood in the middle of the street in Pinar del Río and began to attack everyone who passed by her.
A video shared on Instagram by the user Felix Junior Baby shows a middle-aged woman hitting a motorcycle passenger. Then, without any fear, she stood in front of a truck and prevented it from moving for at least a few seconds.
Two agents from the Traffic Unit of the Police approached and started speaking to her, but she responded by shouting at them and lifting her dress.
