The legal dispute between Daddy Yankee and Mireddys González is far from over; the Puerto Rican singer has just filed a new lawsuit against his ex-partner and her sister, Ayeicha González Castellanos, demanding a compensation of 250 million dollars for damages.

According to court documents submitted to the Court of First Instance in Carolina, Puerto Rico, the artist alleges breaches of fiduciary duties, contract violations, and significant damages, demanding substantial compensation.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Daddy Yankee himself and the companies El Cartel Records and Los Cangris, both corporations that manage the rights to his music and artistic image.

In the lawsuit, the singer claims that the defendants, by failing to convene annual shareholder meetings, attempted to extend their administrative power against what is established by law and without his consent.

The legal document details that Mireddys and her sister allegedly made decisions detrimental to the artist's career, directly affecting the financial stability of the companies and causing severe damage. Furthermore, Daddy Yankee accuses both of having carried out a "defamatory campaign" against him through third parties, which would have negatively impacted his reputation and emotional state.

Daddy Yankee and Mireddys have just finalized their divorce after nearly three decades together, but the legal issues between them regarding the management of their companies seem to be worsening.

In December of last year, the singer accused his ex-wife of irregular transfers amounting to 100 million dollars.
