After being robbed twice in Cuba, a tourist records an unpleasant situation on the streets of Havana: "I wouldn't wish this on anyone; I won't be coming back here, not even if I were crazy."

A Colombian tourist reports theft and harassment in Havana, highlighting insecurity in tourist areas. His viral TikTok video emphasizes the decline in safety for visitors in Cuba.

A Colombian tourist visiting Cuba publicly reported on TikTok that he has been a victim of theft on two occasions since arriving in the country and showed in a video how he was followed through the streets of Havana, in an environment he described as hostile and unsafe.

"Yesterday we were robbed on the street and they followed us for several blocks," he recounted in a video he posted on his TikTok account @jhon_correa_coach.

"I am in Havana. Every time you go out, people follow you and ask for money. There's a man over there who is following us, look, there he is, the one in white. That guy follows us wherever we go," he added while filming an alleged harasser from the street.

Clearly upset, the tourist stated that he has had a very unpleasant experience during his stay in the Cuban capital. "We have been robbed twice since we got here, I swear. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I won't be coming back here, not even if you paid me," he expressed indignantly.

The video, which has quickly gone viral, reflects the deterioration of public safety conditions in areas frequented by foreigners.

Although details about how the thefts occurred or whether formal complaints were filed with the authorities are not specified, the testimony highlights the growing dissatisfaction of visitors who arrive in Cuba seeking relaxation, only to encounter situations that mar their trip.

The streets of Havana, especially in tourist areas, have been the subject of repeated complaints from travelers who claim to have been harassed by individuals persistently asking for money or even engaging in theft.
